How much space is needed for setup? We typically need an area about 13’ wide x 15’ deep x 10’ high. Indoor or outdoor spaces both work as long as the area is level and clear.

How to I book if I am ready to go? Simply click the "Book Online" link. Complete the information requested. Once submitted, we will confirm your booking within 24 hours.

How many people can play during an event? While only one person hits at a time, many players can rotate through during your event. Our "Caddie" helps keep play moving smoothly.

How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons, as availability can fill quickly.

What types of events do you service? We service birthdays, backyard parties, corporate events, team-building events, weddings, fundraisers, school functions, and community events.

How does the mobile golf simulator work? We bring a full golf simulator setup directly to your location and handle delivery, setup, and breakdown. Guests can step up, swing, and play real golf courses or fun games throughout your event.

What comes with my rental? Is there a minimum rental time? Yes, all events require a 3-hour minimum to ensure enough time for setup, play, and a great experience. Our team will arrive approximately 45–60 minutes prior to your event for setup and will handle breakdown, which typically takes 30–45 minutes, at the conclusion of the event.

Is the simulator safe for kids and beginners? Yes! Our setup is family-friendly and safe for beginners. We also offer kids’ clubs to make sure younger players can join in on the fun.

What happens if the weather is bad? For outdoor events, weather safety is our priority. If weather becomes an issue, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust plans according to our weather policy.
